01Purpose
This policy keeps RMH safe, lawful and useful for everyone. It applies to all uploads, prompts and generated output. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
02Property you may upload
You may only upload images and plans of property you own, occupy, or are otherwise authorised to depict and modify.
- Do not upload photos of other people’s homes or property without authorisation.
- Do not upload images you do not have the rights to use.
- Do not include identifiable people without their consent.
03Building Code & consent compliance
You must not use RMH to plan or promote work that would breach applicable law, including:
- Generating or pursuing renovation plans that violate the New Zealand Building Code or resource consent requirements.
- Carrying out restricted building work without the required consents or Licensed Building Practitioner.
- Misrepresenting RMH output as a consented design or an engineer’s certification.
04No impersonation or licence misuse
- Do not impersonate a builder, architect, engineer or any RMH staff.
- Do not copy a contractor’s brand, or use a licensed practitioner’s licence number, without authorisation.
- Do not present an AI estimate to a third party as if it were that person’s professional quote.
05General prohibited conduct
- Unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent limits of the service.
- Uploading malware, or using the service to compromise others’ security.
- Reselling or sharing generated output in breach of these terms.
06Enforcement
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
