01Pure subscription
RMH is sold as a recurring subscription, not a credit pack. Your plan gives you a monthly (or yearly) allowance of estimates and preview videos. There are no one-off credit purchases to refund.
02Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it ends and recurring charges stop.
03Unused allowance
Estimate and video allowance is provided per billing period and does not roll over and is not refundable if unused. Downgrading or cancelling does not refund the unused portion of the current period.
04Yearly plans
Yearly plans are billed up front at a discount. They can be cancelled to prevent the next annual renewal; the current annual term remains usable until it ends and is not pro-rata refunded, except where required by law.
05Billing errors
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a billing problem, contact support@rmhcontractingnz.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.
06Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, or equivalent consumer law in your country of residence.
