01Plans
RMH offers three plans — Quote (free), Builder and Renovation — each with a defined monthly allowance of estimates and preview videos. Plan details and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
02Billing & currency
Paid plans are billed in USD through our payment provider. Charges appear on your statement as RMH ESTIMATE. Where payment is handled by a Merchant of Record on our behalf, that provider is the seller of record for the transaction and its name may appear on your statement and invoice instead. You authorise us (or our provider) to charge your payment method for the plan you select, including applicable taxes.
03Auto-renewal & cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing — cancelling is as simple as subscribing, with no phone call or email required. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays usable. 04Price changes
We may change plan prices or allowances. We will give reasonable notice (in-app or by email) before a change affects you, and changes apply from your next renewal. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
05Taxes
Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST or sales tax based on your location, it will be added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
06Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry automatically and we will notify you. If payment isn’t completed, your plan may be paused or downgraded to the free Quote plan until billing is restored. You remain responsible for amounts properly due.
07Free plan
The Quote plan is free and includes one estimate per month with limited features. We may change or withdraw the free plan with reasonable notice.
